One-Puff awarded to our The Winery SF 2013 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

We are pleased to announce that The Winery SF 2013 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon received One-Puff (the third highest rating) from the Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine

Recalling its North Coast partner below insofar as it is still on the tough side and not at all stinting in tannin, this bottling is deeper and better filled with plenty of specific and persistent varietal fruit successfully buffering its obvious astringency. It is a complete, very solid, well-constructed Cabernet Sauvignon that runs no risk of drying out before its tannins ease, but it needs to be laid away for at least another three of four years before its ample fruit takes full control.
